The Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU) is established within Malaysia's Prime Minister's Department to drive national transformation, bringing a new discipline of accountability, implementation and measurable outcomes to public policy.
The GTP and ETP
Malaysia launches the Government Transformation Programme (GTP) and Economic Transformation Programme (ETP), bringing government, businesses and communities together to pursue better public services, economic growth, investment and employment.

PEMANDU Associates
PEMANDU's transformation expertise evolves into an independent private-sector consultancy, PEMANDU Associates, extending its implementation approach to governments and businesses internationally.
